You only get to keep one? That would be Quick, correct?
If that's the case, if you do the deal, I'd drop Spezza. He's out for so long, he'll be of no use for you. Unless playoffs count. If he's on IR and doesn't count toward a roster spot, then I don't know. I don't know if I would drop anyone on your roster for one of those guys.
