Need Opinion on Huge Trade

First of all, the more opinion the better. Huge trade and I want to know 100% that it'll benefit me in every aspect before I do it or don't.

I am being offered:
Malkin, Parenteau, Semin, Letang (IR), and Miller

for my:
Pavelski, Nash, Clarkson, Toews, and Lundqvist.

My first thoughts were not to do the trade, but Pavelski has slowed down significantly in production, Nash still isn't the blockbuster goal-scorer that he was made out to be by some, and Clarkson was a FA just a week ago.

The categories are G, A, PPG, GWG, W, and SO.

Along with your opinions on the trade, could you please give me a general outlook on how my stats in each category will be affected by the trade? I am feeling really confident in the consistency of my team, and, although I definitely want Malkin, I don't want to risk dropping my current stats in each category. Assists are currently my weakest point, but I'm alright with them being lower if my Goals, PPG, and GWG are almost sure to win every week.

Also, possible counter-offers are hugely appreciated. I would prefer to keep Toews, but my optimal goal is increased production in the near-future.

Thank you all for your help in advance. I really need it on this one. If I were to ask you which side of the trade would be benefited more over the course of the next 3-5 weeks, would it be me (in all categories)?

I wouldn't do it.
Malkin is the best player here... Do you think you want him enough to give up Toews and Nash?

Letang is on the IR,
King> Miller
Toews and Nash are elite but lower than Malkin. I don't have the stats readily to support my opinion, but you can bet that you will get more points from Toews and Nash.

Semin is looking great this season, but so is Clarkson who is blossoming into a real power forward

Don't do this. Best case scenario, you'd break even. Worst case, you come out behind by a decent margin.

Semin is too streaky for my liking.
Parenteau - I'm not sure how long he can keep that scoring pace up, the past two years on the Island he put up 20 and 18 goals ... this year, 7 in 10? Is he that much better in Colorado? I dunno, never really followed him to be honest, maybe he's busting out.
Lundqvist is much better than Miller - Buffalo defense sucks this year.
Toews and Nash will put up the goals and PPG that you are looking for

Lots of possible options on ww. Again no need to make this trade...

Or you can offer up something like (Clarkson or Jagr)/Toews for Malkin and then pick up Hodgson/Clowe
