Eddie Lack - 2013-14 Outlook

What are the chances Lack starts next season in the NHL? He's available in a keeper league where 32 goalies are kept (48 are rostered), and I can pick him up right now and stash him on IR for the rest of the season and then either keep him or trade him in the off-season. Only downside is that I'd have to use one of my 4 roster moves for the week in order to add him. Will he have any value at all in the off-season, or would it be a waste?
