Marcus Johansson misses practice????

Marcus Johansson missed practice today. The Washington Post and Washington Times are both reporting that he has an upper-body-injury. He was a scratch on Saturday and participated in practice that day with the other players who were scratched. No games since then.

I'm not sure if he is really injured, or perhaps there is a trade in the works.

Still seems a little suspicious. If he was hurt why would he have practiced on Saturday instead of taking that day off to recover then be back on the ice with the full team this morning.

Please trade him either way. He has some value there from last year's coming out party. He needs a fresh start and change of scenery

I don't think there's anything to this. The Luongo to WSH idea, just can't see it anymore.

I never thought there would be a Luongo trade. I don't even know that Vancouver was looking at the Caps. That is what everyone thinks, but could they not have been scouting the other team.

Agreed, there could have been a ton of reasons.
