Vanek for Eberle? will REP

I got offered Eberle for my Vanek. I don't know what to do with this to be honest, I know Eberle can become an elite scorer, but his peripherals are not that great, im especially worried about his SOG since its the only peripheral my team is pretty competitive at, I already suck way too much at PIM and +/- to care at this point. And we only get to keep 4 players this year, so I'm not sure if Eberle would make the cut. Im planning to keep Tavares, Neal, Halak and someone else lol not sure who. PLease advise me guys don't know what to do.
