Noticed that too. Torts likes to sometimes make sure MDZ is focused on improving his defensive play so does stuff like this once in a while to do so. Can't imagine it lasting but I haven't seen a ton of Ranger games so I can't comment on whether he's actually not looking effective on the PP or anything.

No other MDZ owners are concerned about this? 0 PP time, and much lower TOI....
Does Torts hate this guy that much? I thought he was doing quite well in January...
