Very easy accept. Sure you are getting older, but you are getting the best players in the deal, in my mind I see it as you getting the two best players in the deal, and you don't even take in the worst player, and you are getting three players opposed to the two you give up, and the players you drop are far from being as valuable as the players you are getting in return.
