Yes and right away. Niemi is the huge piece in this deal... way better than Kipper. The difference between Datsyuk and Kovalchuk is small (I personally prefer Kovy anyway).
The Niemi side in this deal is a huge winner. If he's offering you this side (as I presumed from the title) accept it and don't look back.
