Wayne Simmonds? Visnovsky?

Hey guys,

Wayne Simmonds was dropped in my league, mostly because the GM only had one goalie, and he never went on IR. I also have some defense problems, and Visnovsky is available.

I want to add him, but I'm not sure who to drop. Here is my team.

C: Wiess, Roy, Giroux (RW), Backes (RW)
LW: Moulson, Eriksson (RW), Conacher (C), JVR, Kunitz
RW: Kassian
D: Byfuglien, Wideman, Johnson, Hamilton
G: Smith, Ward
IR: Callahan

So the questions!
1. Plan one is to drop Kassian to activate Callahan, I don't think I can trade him.
2. I want to add Simmonds, but how. What are the chances his injury has lingering effects?
3. Defense: Originally I had Siedenburg instead of Hamilton, mostly for SOG and Hits, not really happy with this slot. Visnovsky is a FA, but should I pick him up? I suppose it is fairly 0 risk since I doubt Hamilton gets picked up.

League is H2H, 2 of each forward, 4D, 1G. G,A,+/-,PIM,PPP,SHP,GWG,SOG,FOW,Hits. For goalies: Starts, Wins, GAA, SV%, SO
