If you can package him for an elite talent like puckinright above, I would do it. It depends on your goal this year though. If you are in competition for the championship this year then you hold. In a shortened season, he could maintain some semblance of this pace for a considerable portion of the season. That's exactly the performance that turns fringe championship teams into actual championship teams. But if you are already looking to next year, I'd be capitalizing on his heightened value now.

He might be having a career year but you know Vanek will regress to his career average, which is 65-70 points. He might do better this year, due to his hot start, but you know he will slow down and you know what to expect from him long-term. Sell accordingly.
