Goalies have incredible value in your league and you needed a ton of help in net. So I don't hate the trade. On a side note, you have way too many defencemen.

I don't hate the trade as Quick probably holds more value than Ovechkin in your league, and Heatley is a more than solid replacement for Ovechkin, if Ovechkin can't go back to Ovechkin of old.
But you definitely have way too many D, I would only carry 4 of them as that is how many are started in your league, maybe as many as 5. Because of the UTIL position I believe it hurts the value of D, especially having lots of D. I would be looking to trade them for upgrades at forward.
