Blockbuster!
This is kind of a spin off to my latest Return on Ovie Thread, but this trade far exceeds anything I was talking about there.
A trade like this is about logically moving bodies and not dumping Ovechkin. Current players being mulled over. His C - Getzlaf L - Marleau R - Gaborik D - Karlsson My C - Ribiero L - Ovechkin R - Kessel D - Phaneuf Likely I'd throw in top 3 prospect Granlund for "another player of far less substance" to equal it out. Thoughts?

Getlaf, Marleau, Karlsson and (my choice of Richards, Lupol or Gagner) for Ovechkin, Kessel, Phaneuf and Granlund. Huge decision.... What say you?

Damn...he offered then pulled down while i was writing this thread. Not sure why.
I've reoffered. Fingers crossed. (the additional player from him would be mike Richards...hardly a keeper on my squad...but if it helps get.The deal done)
