PC Gaming // DOTA2
Anyone play DOTA2? I tried DOTA1 back in the day on WC3...but was not a fan. My friends got me into it before XMAS and I now play it quite frequently.
I have some BETA keys for it if anyone wants to play it legitimately (they aren't common so I'd rather only give it to serious players). Steam randomly gifts them to Beta players... Has a steep learning curve but it is pretty fun. Their website: http://blog.dota2.com/ Plays like a 5v5 strategy/rpg/tactics game... overhead WC3/Starcraft view... heros level up and have spells and you can pick dif guys. Try to destroy the other team's base.

I played a lot of DOTA for WC3 too in University..
This summer I played some League of Legends.. Kinda the same idea, but free and pretty addicting.. You may just wanna spend your time smoking crack instead

Its fine for watching HD movies and stuff but with newer games you'll often get stuttering etc. I guess the good news is that laptops are pretty cheap these days so hopefully you'll be able to get a new one soon

I would definitely be interested. I spent just over 3k on a ridiculously overpowered PC about a month ago (Asus Maximus Formula MOBO, i7-3770k, 32 gigs of RAM, GTX 680 X 2 in SLI, etc), and I have been looking to push the limits. Let me know what I need to do :-)
