Ja.Benn + Backstrom for Ovechkin
I am on the Ja.Benn + Backstrom side and I was offered Ovechkin. My league is a roto style keepers (keep 4) cats are G,A,P,+/-,PIM,PPP,PPG,SHP. A lot of people are high on Ja.Benn, I'm not to sure why he hasn't broken 70 pts yet. I know he's extremely skilled but it doesn't necesarily translate into fantasy production. My team is below and I want to win this year.

The way things are going this deal would hurt you more than help you for this year. If Backstrom turns it around then Ovechkin will too and they should have similar numbers. I would turn this down and wait for Crosby and Backstrom to start rolling.

in a keep 4, i like the ovechkin side. i'm still believing that he'll turn it around.
after the deal, your keepers are: crosby, ovechkin and 2 of kane, hossa, letang. i think it's a solid set of keepers.
