As you can see, my C are weak - punting FOW and playing Sharp and Brunner there.

I had Krejci but traded him for Clarkson.

Between Chara, Byfuglien, or Letang - which should I trade for a better C?

put them all out there and see what kind of offers you get for them

lucifer makes a good point. If you put them all on the block, you should get offers on everyone and you can then decide where the best value lies.

My preference to trade would be Byfuglien, then Chara and last of all Letang. I think Letang will be regarded as the best D-man in the league before long (ahead of Karlsson) particularly in leagues like yours that count Hits.

Since you say that you're punting FOW, I take it's a H2H league? It would be near suicide in a roto league. But you should always provide this information as well as it can have an effect in the advice you receive.

Yah my fault (usually in my sig) it's H2H. I drafted Letang and Buff pretty early (rounds 5 & 6) then traded for Chara (at the time giving up Vanek and Tarasenko didn't look that bad)

I'm just trying to balance my keeper distribution better.

Hmm... yeah, FOW are lost every week - totally punted. Not worth fixing.
I don't think I'd mess with this roster much.

If you can get a great return on a defenseman, go for it.
Put them all on the block and see what bites.
