Purcell for Subban
Team in sig. I'm looking to cash in on a hot start from Purcell to bolster my D core but is it possible that Purcell is for real and keeps up this pace? Even if he does, is the trade still worth making?

I'd definitely do that deal if you can get the other guy accept. Purcell is a 50-65 point guy whereas Subban can be 50+ point D-man. In a league with PIM and hits Purcell's value isn't anywhere close to Subban's so now's the time to pull off this deal because once Subban gets back on the ice I can't see anyone trading him for Purcell.

I think Purcell will settle around the 60-70 point range.
Subban will definitly help your defence (once he signs). Since your RWs are strong with Gaborik and Yakupov, I would try to do that trade in your position.

He countered with Dustin Brown for Subban, which I immediately rejected...now I'm wondering if it was the right play.
