jstaal/1st for granlund/berglund
i'm currently in a rebuild year in my limited keeper, and i've been offered jordan staal and a 1st round entry pick for next summer (we have access to all newly drafted players each year) for patrik berglund and mikael granlund.
we work on pts-only, if i'm planning on competing next season, would this be a fair offer? which side wins?

Sounds to me like you should be trying to a trade the other way around if you are rebuilding. I'd be going after guys like Granlund and Berglund instead of trying to trade them away.
