Default Ovi vs toews

Points only league.
Who do you want now and for future?
Its is a good time to ship ovi right now or still early?
Is Ovi is no more a superstar? He is playing like a zombie with no expression and eemotion...

Thanks replying

Maybe it's a little Chicken Little, but I'm slowly getting off the Ovechkin train. One mediocre year, followed by a bad year, now being followed by a terrible start. I'm just not sure about him anymore.

Toews, on the other hand, is poised to take the next step. He always had the talent to be a big-time scorer, but earlier in his career his two-way game kinda held the points back. But last year he started to show just how dominant he really can be....I really think I might actually choose Toews here.

Toews is more reliable, but lower upside. 70-80 pts per season.

OV higher upside, unpredictable right now. Anywhere from 65 pts-100 pts.

Funny I'm actually thinking of the same thing right now. The difference is we count sog/pims.

Such a tough call right now. I feel like this season is make-or-break for Ovi, and so far nothing doing. We know Toews is capable of PPG pace, and as long as he's healthy he'll net you somewhere around 75-80 points. With Ovi, nobody knows anymore. The fear is that you trade him and he becomes a 60-goal scorer again. I don't see it happening, and I think I might prefer Toews here, but you have to go with your gut on trades like these.

Thanks
My gut, i don t want to move him right now because his value is so low. But can is value get lower. I dont want lose Ovi for nothing!!!
I think i gonna stick with him and give him a chance to rebond( adaptation with the new coach and systeme)
I wish oates will give a try to pair ribeiro with Ovi. I think that will refresh ovi to play with a passer like ribeiro...
Thoughts?

If you're serious about trading him...wait for a couple more games...we all know he'll have a couple goals...sell then. In a league where SOG and PIMs are counted, he's still worth more than Toews, but if you don't want the drama and disappointment....Toews all the way.

Good luck!
