For whatever it's worth, CBS has the following update:
Stephen Weiss is dealing with a lower body injury and will not play in Thursday's game against Ottawa, Harvey Fialkov of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports. (Updated 01/24/2013). Apparently it was announced less than 30 minutes before faceoff.
