Who the Hell Wins this one??

You guys must be starting to get a kick out of this! I have been working my ass off trying to shore up my goaltending and everything I try goes to Poop! I've asked you guys for help on a bunch of trades that fizzled miserably, here we go again! Last effort involved Smith, he pulls a groin, I'm nervous, He's nervous, on to the next option. So here it is:

I give: Moulson, Atkinson, Lindback, Garon and my 1st
I get: Cam Ward, Gigurere, Dubinsky and his 5th

Here's how I see it: Moulson is expendable as is Atkinson. Team and league scoring cats are in Sig, you guys decide! I hate to lose my first, but I'm going for it! Lindback/Garon, well that's nice but can I do better?

Is this Sane? Ward is a huge upgrade on Lindback and a solid keeper move. I need PIM and despite a poor start, Dubinsky is the kinda guy who helps win roto leagues. Giguere is a little insurance, not much, but who knows?

I was really looking for a third starter option but am I nuts in not trying to snag Ward, take that upgrade add a better roto option in Dubinsky and see what happens? Gentlemen, your most valued opinions are requested.

Take this deal. I don't trust Tampa Bay defensively, and I think Carolina will pick up their game as will Ward. This gives you 2 netminders that you could trust in Rask and Ward. Take it.

It's a done deal! I ended up having to take his 10th instead of his 5th but he started asking for Clarkson instead of Atkinson so I had to make a concession that he ultimately agreed with. So it ended up looking like this:

So, bring on the post mortem club, what do you guys think?

With your forwards, they are expendible. To me this deal is about getting Ward. If that's what it's about for you, it's a win.

My initial thoughts were 'it's a loss for you', but looking closer, it's a limited keeper, so moving from the Tampa tandem to Ward makes sense.

Giving up Moulson and Atkinson hurts you this year depth wise, especially with all the injuries projected in the shortened season, but they aren't keepers, so long run, no loss. The 1st hurts too, but overall, it makes some sense.
