Hey there,
Been offered Pietrangelo and a 1st (next year) for my P. Kane. Team and league rules in sig. Only play 12 FWD, 6 D and 2 G at a time..I want to win this year and am wondering if getting Pietrangelo and putting him in for an injured Burns will more than offset taking P. Kane out of the line-up and playing Max Patch.. Any thoughts? Is Pietrangelo worth the expense?! The 1st rounder would be the 14th round as we all keep 13.. Thanks to all!

To be honest, I would keep kane since he is your best offensive player. You do need help on D but I don't think giving up Kane is worth it. Kane this year I think will be top 10 in points (although that might be overvaluing him). It also depends on what you would be getting with the first. If you can get a pretty good forward then maybe it would be an ok deal, although I think giving up kane just isnt the right move for you, go after a cheaper D

so you have burns in your active lineup? That's gotta hurt. It doesnt look like you have any bench d either? Where does that 1st project to be? Does it include entry draft?
I'd do it. Kane projects yearly to be top 10-30 for scoring while Pietriangelo is probably 5-10 for d, maybe a bit higher upside who knows. Add the 1st and I would fire away. If this was offered to you I'd push for a bit more but would not have a problem "settling" for piets + a 1st. Pacioretty is no slouch either and should put up around 40 points. Green light.
