Hi Guys,
Sorry for asking this here, but it seems that the NHL no longer has the pp time and sh time a player played. They just show the TOI and nothing else. Where can I find this? I know there is a site that tracks all that but I forget where it is. Can someone help? Rep for sure....thanks

I had the same question a few days ago.
NHL.com removed the PP TOI from their box scores for whatever dumb reason. ESPN (see Carcillo's link) is the only site that shows it by player by game from what I can tell.

I don't like it when they mess with a good formula. Just leave it alone....it's like when Coke changed to new Coke. There was nothing wrong with real coke, so stop ****ing around with stuff we like.

You will like ESPN for stat researching.
Their actual box score coverage & player profile pages are very nice, clean & easy to jump between teams/players. The "Go To" function (from any player page) with the team & player list is the fastest jump-between on the internet. Every rostered team player listed with just a mouse-hover!!! I've always been an ESPN-guy for my hockey stats. (except that one needs to jump over to a player's Yahoo profile or NHL.com real-time stats for Hits/BlockedShots/Faceoffs... though ESPN should really list that stuff instead of PPG/PPA/SHG/SHA, just PPP,SHP,Hits,Blocks would be smarter.) Maybe this should be stickied.....it seems a lot of people are going to have the same question from time to time.

Personally, I think the one on NHL.com is still pretty good.
When you're in the Box Score of a specific game, to the right of the page you'll see "Event Summary". Click on that and it'll be similar to how they used to display it. Not exactly the same, but pretty close. I believe it was Pengwin7 who recommended this to me earlier this week. |

This is EXACTLY what I was looking for! Had no idea they moved it. This makes my life easier, I wasn't happy about having to break my old habit of going to NHL.com.
