Game Center Live sucks
Dont get suckered into buying this. Low quality streams and right now the entire NHL.com website is broken.
Customer service phone is a busy signal.

i have heard of a lot of people with troubles, but i have never been one of them. works perfectly whenever i need it. seems like every year some people have troubles for the first week while they work out the bugs.

Use free streams, always at least one game on in decent to great quality.
Or try out hockeystreams.com, their on-demand service is better anyways for those who like to skip ads and don't watch games live. The streams aren't perfect but improved from before.

I haven't had any problems so far with Game Center. I got it this year because it was so cheap. Every once in a while the picture quality deteriorates slightly but it usually sorts itself out after a few seconds. You must also keep in mind that high quality streaming takes a good internet connection. If your connection is weak, or you're doing all sorts of other online stuff at the same time, the stream may suffer.
I prefer this to free streams. It eliminates the need to sift through all the crap to find one you can actually watch and most of the time the quality is crap. Plus whenever I hit those sites I operate in fear of my computer catching techno-HIV or something with all those pop-ups and scam ads.

A couple of days ago I logged in to this and it was brutal. ( a friend and I share a log in.)
today my ipad downloaded and update....its solid right now, and the picture looks great.
