Default B.Wheeler or C.Conacher

Conacher seemes to be catching fire early on in TB. I currently have Wheeler but he's been pretty unimpressive thus far..I know its early but I feel if Wheeler is supposed to be as good as everyone thinks he is he shouldn't be so invisible to start the season. Should I drop the big wheel and take a chance on Conacher....he did have 80 points last year in the AHL!

Conacher will slow down exactly like Some guy named Luke Adam last year. Blake Wheeler all the way.

I've really liked what I've seen from Conacher thus far in the two games the Bolts have played, and of course I like the fact he's now playing top line with Stamkos and St. Louis, but I prefer Wheeler here, he's proven player who is the catalyst of the top line for the Jets, he should put up the points soon enough.

Definitely Wheeler. We've only seen 2 games from Conacher, which is way too small a sample space. I like the Adam reference. Not to say Conacher will end up the same way but it's good to remember that a hot start from an AHLer should not be used to draw conclusions about their long-term performance. Incidentally, didn't Adam win the same award two years ago Conacher won last year?

I'm pretty intrigued by Conacher's potential in TB's top six, myself, but you can't pick him over a proven and steadily improving player like Wheeler. Wheeler is a top 5 draft pick, who's busting out exactly when he is supposed to, in his 4th/5th season. We still haven't seen his best.

Crosby's been pretty unimpressive so far too...

Conacher is definitely someone to keep an eye on and if you have room you have to take him but not a chance in hell I'd drop Wheeler for him.

I also take Wheeler, but I think the Adam comparisions are unfair. Adam got pushed out of his spot by Derek Roy returning from injury. He was on a two-way contract and Tyler Ennis and Nathan Gerbe were both ahead of him in the organizations mind. Conacher isn't filling in for an injury. Also, Adam only stopped producing once he got moved from the first line to the fourth line.
