The gaborik owner is currently looking to trade him. He owned streit last year and was upset when I picked him up at the draft. And also mentioned that he wouldn't mind getting Ryan from me. Which package should I target?

I give:

Ryan
Streit

I get:

P Kane
Boyle

Or

Gaborik
Boyle

Do you think both packages are upgrades for my team or just the Kane one

Short term the Gabby one would probably be better IF he can stay healthy, but that's a big IF and I'm not so sure that the points spread would be that much different between Kane and Gabs anyway.

Kane has played 82 games 3 times in 5 seasons. Of the other two, the lowest games played was 73. I will take durability and consistency over skill and possibility every time.

if he is looking to get rid of gaborik i would be willing to bet he has almost zero interest in moving kane

in other words you would have to overpay to get him
