New NHL CBA Rules
Does anyone know where I can find a good list of the changes under the newly negotiated bargaining agreement? A google search hasn't brought much of anything.
I am the commissioner of a salary cap league and need to know what new rules (like cap, waiver rules, farm team salaries, etc) to implement now and what will come into effect next season. A pdf file would be the best if such a thing exists out there. Thanks for the help.
