Keep OEL over...
Kulikov
B. Smith Carlson Im thinking OEL is the best player but will he be the best fantasy producer this year? Worried phoenix being very defensive this year with not alot of offense. If i get smith he might give me enough pims that i can drop Prust with another skater like Berglund or Kostitsyn

Tough, I'd probably rank them:
Kulikov - Injury prone but on the cusp of a breakout. Best opportunity. Carlson - Proven, though not at a tremendously high level. New coach could mean big things. OEL - On the cusp just like the previous two but Phoenix is devoid of talent that could prop up his totals. Smith - Seems to be the heir apparent in Detroit but maybe too raw to produce right away.

I do not envy your position, but like metaldude, I'll suggest Smith since he is the only unproven player here at the NHL level.
