Default Visnovsky

So the KHL won't allow Visnovsky to play and he's supposedly on his way back to North America and will play with the Islanders. Do you think he's worth the pick up? I'm in a points only league and already have Kronwall, Pietrangelo, Shattenkirk, Enstrom, Markov and Goligoski for my D. I'm thinking of dropping Goligoski for him cuz Dallas' PP really sucks (unless they can somehow turn it around this year).

Thoughts?

Your D is great the way it is. I wouldn't drop anyone of your guys with Visnovsky, espcially because there are still question marks all around his situation. I really like Goligoski for this season, I definitely believe that the Dallas PP can put up the points, they have a lot of talent in their Top 6, and Goligoski is their go to go on the back end.

His agent said it on Twitter:

NEIL SHEEHY (@ICEHockeyAgent) tweeted at 6:53pm - 15 Jan 13:

Lubomir Visnovsky said he looks forward to reporting to the NYI after tending to "personal reasons" which have kept him from reporting. (https:///ICEHockeyAgent/status/291377578336452608)

Keep Goligoski over Visnovski. Goligoski is the #1 PP Dman in Dallas while Streit has that role locked up with the Islanders. And even if Vis does come back I can't see him excelling on that team, even though he should.

The agent for Lubomir Visnovsky tweeted on Tuesday that his client will report to the New York Islanders.
Neil Sheehy wrote on Twitter Tuesday night that his client "looks forward to reporting to NYI after tending to 'personal issues' which have kept him from reporting." Though he wishes he were playing somewhere else, the fact that Visnovsky has agreed to join the team is a step in the right direction.

Nope I would not drop Goligoski for Visnovsky. Goli has no one in his way and will get all the PP time he can handle. The Dallas PP will not suck, Jagr, Whitney, Benn, Roy and Goligoski could be a nice first unit.

Visnovsky still has something to offer but I don't think he should be relied upon moving forward. He just came off a horrible season and his heart is all over the place. I worry that the end is near.

I stand corrected, for now
