Dubie Dubie Do?
Keeper League - Rotisserie scoring with GAA SV% and Wiins as the goalie categories.
I have Price and Ward as my goalies...both start. Dubnyk is on the waiver wire and I'm allowed 1 free agent acquisition a month. My team is young and talented...more promise than performance right now so I may not be able to win the cup this year. There seems to be so much talent on EDM and the hype machine has them returing to glory. So do I drop Ward who I believe is the better goaltender and pick-up Dubnyk so I can secure him before the break out or hold? One more piece of information, I will likely keep only one goaltender for next year in the Limited Keeeper and unless Ward or Dubnyk walk on water, that keeper will be Price. So the 2nd goalie I end up with needs to either be the best goalie on my team or have the highest trade value at season's end.

I wouldn't drop Ward for 3 Dubnyk's. Don't drop Ward for hype.

I might drop Nyqvist... or a D-man... not a 45 start (48 games) tender on a team that many hope contends for a playoff spot... and should succeed...
- good tender, Semin, Staal.... rebounding Skinner... injured Ruutu... developing blueline...

Thanks guys...that was my assessment at the draft...just needed a little assurance heading into the season...steady the nerves and all.

Ward is the better goalie here. I wouldn't drop him for Dubnik.

Do you have multiple positions? I agree with above about keeping ward, but I'd drop a F and grab Dubnyk.

I really don't see anyone that I'd be in a hurry to drop for Dubnyk given how strong your goaltending is.
