Default Silfverberg vs Turris vs Gagner

Looking to pick up one of these guys to add some depth to my roster for the season. My thoughts:

Silfverberg - Highest upside of the three, also most likely to fail this year. Will be starting with Spezza and Michalek, possibly some PP1 time as well.

Turris - Has bulked up since last year and will be playing with Alfredsson. I think he'll have a good year, and has the chance to become the 1C when Spezza inevitably gets hurt.

Gagner - Will be flanked by two very skilled players in Hemsky and Yakupov. Has the potential to score in streaks, yet to be seen if he can put together consistent scoring.

I'm leaning towards Silfverberg since a home run would be more helpful for me, and he's likely the only one that could theoretically become a keeper, but Turris and Gagner also have some appeal. What say you?

I'd go with Turris. He showed good progress last year and a breakout wouldn't be out of the question.

Turris. He's got the highest upside of the three and will get the most points this year. This will be Turris's breakout year.

Silfverberg Excellent two way player, who's put up numbers every where he's played. Think of him as a Max Pacioretty type player.

I'd go Silfverberg, Turris and Gagner.

Upside pick is Silfverberg, safest pick is Turris.

Considering you're not looking for someone to start consistently in your lineup, I'd go with Silfverberg and his upside.

I like Gagner, in a 15 team league he is just a good safe option, on top of being the safest he could very easily out point the two players from the Sens.

I really like Silfverberg, and think he has legimate shot at being the best of the three for this season, and seasons to follow, but I think he comes at a greater risk than Gagner, and in a 15 team league there's no need to take that risk, for a reward that probably won't be much greater than that of what Gagner can bring.

Not the biggest Turris fan, but I will not dispute the fact that he has the highest potential, I just don't think he's worth it.

Just to add some food to the discussion, Gagner is in a contract year and will be playing with two of Hall, Eberle, RNH, Yakupov, and Hemsky -- probably the latter 2. There's not that much PP icetime to go around, but a young guy with good vision in a contract year playing with a hotshot sniper prospect could easily be a recipe for a nice bump in production.

Long term I like Silfverberg more than the other two, but I would be surprised if he outproduced them this year.
