I am a Gabby guy so I would keep him over a lot of less talented but more durable players. Sounds a lot like Pavelski even coming off his first 30 goal season. Huberdeau is a lottery ticket but I have no problem holding him and hoping for the best.
Gabby and Huberdeau to keep. Little Joe to drop.

Are you joking.
Gaborik represents fantasy hockey death.

At this time Gaborik is way above both Huberdeau and Pavelski, no way I drop Gaborik for either one of them.
I would go with Pavelski over Huberdeau, due to the fact that you should be able to contend, and Pavelski helps much more in that regard then Huberdeau. While Huberdeau has more potential, I don't see him out scoring Pavelski this season or the following season, Pavelski is no joke, and in a spot where I'm a contender I take the proven solid player over a very nice prospect. |

This is a no brainer - drop the guy who hasn't played a single game in the NHL yet.
Unless you feel like waiting 2-3 years (which is a LONG time) for him to *possibly* reach Pavelski's level... many on this forum put way too much emphasis on "upside". |

Drop Huberdeau. There's not going to be a lot of offensive support in Huberdeau and he's not going to put up 65pts all by himself. Gaborik & Pavelski have great support and are great players. No brainer here. |

In a limited keep you have to drop the guy who is not going to help you this year. I would drop Huberdeau.

I liked hubie, a LOT. But, that was before I watched the WJC where he seemed underwhelming at best. Didn't really put on a clinic as I expected him to. I thought Rattie, Strome and a few others on the team were much more productive and that was against boys. From what I saw, I doubt he's going to manage much playing against men in the NHL. Add to that, I don't think he'll have the linemates to help him fit in as a decent secondary scorer in FLA. Pavelski and Gabby, on the other hand, are going to get loads of ice time and PP time. Maybe in 3 years I'd take Hubie over Pavelski, but for now I think Hubie's your drop. No brainer.
