I'd pass starting goalie potential vrs a decent dman in a points only league is too much to give up for me.

I wouldn't do that deal but I would try and shop Reimer for an upgrade at D or F. Your D especially seems extremely thin although I'm not sure how many you start. None of J.Morrow, Brodin, Dumba, Gormley, Despres, Koekkoek will be in the NHL this year and MArkov will go down in the first 10 games, especially with a compressed schedule. That will leaves you with 2D.
