Atkinson, Nyquist, Boyes, Gionta
Tuommo Ruutu is out for the season, so I need a depth forward to add to my roster. I snagged Boyes, but the others are all free agents. Who would you take? Who has the best year for the categories in my sig?

Id take Atkinson or Nyquist over Gomez or Boyes. Both are going to get a shot right way and in a shortened season it leaves less time for them to go through the rookie slump. Both have been playing in the AHL so they're ready to go.
If you can wait it out a bit....if it looks like Nyquist will be in the top 6 Id go with him. If not...Atkinson.

Atkinson
Nyquist Gionta Boyes Got the two unproven guys on top, but I'm not a big fan of Gionta, and Boyes hasn't been particularly good of late. Even though I have Boyes ranked last, if he gets to play with Tavares he could shoot up to number one.

I'd rank 'em:
Atkinson Boyes - Underrated scorer. Although not worth much in comparison to G or A, he has HIT and PIM value. Nyquist - Love him beyond this year. Don't see a huge impact in a shortened season. Gionta

One87 nailed it in his assessment. Atkinson is third overall in AHL scoring right now and should be a go-to-guy in Columbus so I rank him above and beyond the rest.
Should Boyes develop chemistry with Tavares, he may be the best option but Nino Neidereitter (sp?) has been playing very well in the AHL during the lockout too and could overtake Boyes for a scoring position (The Isles are much more invested in Nino than Boyes). Nyqvist could be a surprise but we all know how slow Detroit develops their prospects so he won't be given a long leash if he struggles.

Another vote for Atkinson. Love him as a start strong candidate this year.
After that, I'd go: Boyes Nyquist Gionta
