Who would you trade from my roster for the following DMEN...

Goligoski ($0.50/2yrs)
Wisniewski ($1.50/4yrs)
OEL ($0.75/3yrs)

*This GM wants a strong Forward from my team... Because money has to be fairly equal, and my fwds are more $$ than his Dmen, I was considering including his Luongo ($3.75/1yr) for my Pavelic ($2.75/3yrs) in the deal as well*

Potential Trades:
Gaborik/Pavs FOR Wis/Luongo/Voracek (he has voracek for $0.25/4yrs)
Gaborik/Pavs FOR Wis/Semin (he has Semin for $5.75/2yrs) -- Here I would be losing a goalie, but there are: Elliot/Theodore/Enroth on the WW
