So in a limited keeper league how high would you draft him i have 2nd pick for first 3 rounds. Then snaking (2nd last in even 2nd in odd) after that (10 teams)

If your on a rebuild I would take Shultz right away. If your competing this year see what happens in the second rd but I can't see him being there.

you have 2 sedins and a st louis i would be focused on taking bpas not worrying about a guy who is unlikely to supplant either of your keepers
yeah if this guy comes in and lights it up you might regret not going high on him however if he comes in and is the next matt gilroy you will kill yourself if you waste a high pick on him
