Visnovsky staying in KHL?
Visnovsky will talk to his agent about staying in KHL for the rest of the season, said today, after what was supposed to be his last match for Slovan Bratislava.

Good riddance, I'm getting so tired of players who think they are bigger than the game. As and Islander fan this comes as no shock, he never wanted to be here and he would have been a cancer. He alone will not make this a playoff team so given that fact give someone a chance who wants to play here. There are lots of great loyal fans still supporting this team and while it doesn't show in attendance, for obvious reasons, we still care.

I thought that he has to report as he has a NHL contract.
Both leagues honour each others contracts.

Yes, he cannot simply stay in the KHL. His NHL contract will be honored. The only way he stays is if NYI approves a loan or releases him completely.

And the saga continues
Lubomir Visnovsky is expected to report to the New York Islanders in roughly two weeks.
Visnovsky's family is still trying to resolve his son's health issue, according to the defenseman's agent Neil Sheehy. The personal matter will keep him overseas until it is settled. Visnovsky was suspended by the team earlier this week for his failure to report for camp. Source: New York Newsday
