schneider"s value
hey gents. i have been asked if i would trade a goalie. i was offered E. Kane , S. Elliott & a 1st rnd pick for him. the other gm needs a goalie & i don't need to make this deal unless i get a great return for him.( beside i"m not sure i want another team to compete with) i asked for seguin and shatts in return.what should i be looking for in return?

I'd try to acquire Seguin and maybe another player. Is he unwilling to deal Seguin and Shattenkirk in exchange for Schneider? Maybe you could get Carlson or Del Zotto instead?
Seguin is the guy to try to get here. He put up 67 points in his age-19 season, one where he only averaged 16:56 minutes of ice time per game. He was excellent at even strength and should see some increased production on the power play in the future.

With only three goalies I think you should be hanging onto Schneider.

i aggree hockeyman , if i'm not getting an upgrade here then there is no point in trading scneider. when lou gets traded i have three starting tenders. and thats what wins our pool. thanks for the advice guys.
