Rate my team please
Long time forum stalker, first time poster!
Would love to get feedback on my team. First year of a 16 team, roto limited keeper - keep six. Points only (2G, 2A, 1PPG, 2SHG, 4W, 5SO) Start 9 F, 4 D, 2G Giroux Benn Duchene Voracek Selanne JVR Zajac Fleischmann Tanguay Letang Streit Phaneuf OEL Rask Luongo Bench E Johnston Nyquist Little Projected keepers in Bold Any feedback or suggestions for improvement are much appreciated

I would try to upgrade Street or Duchene to higher quality keepers. If there is a NHL season cancellation, do you redraft for next season or keep your team intact?

We held an auction for keepers - this was the first year of our league, and we thought it was only fair for everyone to have a shot at crosby, stamkos etc, so all GMs got a budget of $200 to spend on players. We then auctioned off players one by one. It actually worked great!

That is a pretty awesome team for a 16 team hold 19 players league. I am a little confused by what you mean by roto limited keeper - points only. Are you suggesting a maximum number of games per position? I looks like a fairly straight up 'points league' actually but thought I would check.
If there is a season, I like your team a lot as it sits. It will be hard to upgrade your keepers at the same time you try and win the league, but it is something you want to keep in mind. With the kind of depth you have, I think it is possible with off-season trades to improve your keepers though - assuming your league allows off season trades - some don't. Giroux, Letang and Rask seem to be keeper locks - the others are upgradable I think - Benn not so much, but still upgradable.

Thanks guys. I appreciate the feedback. I am feeling good about it, but was fearful i was just in love with my team like i have been every other year.
Definately need to upgrade streit, and am feeling like duchene is undervalued right now and am willing to hold on him for a little while
