[Cage Match Tournament] NEW - Loser [Toskala] Island
New to the DobberHockey Cage Match Tournament is the loser bracket. The way it works is that if you get eliminated you are then banished to one of our Loser Islands. This here is the Toskala Island. If you don't understand why Vesa Toskala has his own island then I can only assume you spent the last decade in a coma in which case, bask in your ignorance!
Once banished to an island you can only escape by getting voted off by the readers. Each week a new goaltender will get voted off until each island has but one remaining. These are your losers for the year. Sounds like fun, yes? Remember to vote based on a one-year league with Wins, GAA, Save% and Shutouts as scoring categories.

Tough and I probably should have voted for Brodeur on principle alone, but I went with Dubnyk. Marty is a 2.40 and .905 goalie now, that's pretty ugh. Sure he's a legend and HOF and all that, but I wouldn't be that jazzed to get him in a one year league.
I like Holtby but he just hasn't done enough for me to vote his way. Neuvirth could still very much take that #1 job in Washington too he's getting really underrated. Dubnyk should see at least 50 starts in Edmonton and the Oilers are going to be improved this year. He hasn't showed a ton either but he's had some very good stretches the last couple seasons.
