I have Strome in my keeper league and I'm just wondering, is he gonna make the Isles?
If so, is he gonna make an impact this season? Any insider help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Looks like Tim Connolly will be an Islander soon. It sure appears that the Islanders are building a team the unconventional way, by picking up every other team's scraps.

Connolly cleared waivers so he won't be going to Long Island (atleast for now).
However Islanders claimed Brian Strait so that's another D-man for you guys. Good pickup. He's an NHL quality D-man. Provides some nice bottom pairing depth for the Islanders.
