Those in red would be my top 2 from each group. Those in blue, a very close third. Tough decision there. I think these guys in red have the ability to be "the man" or go to guys in a few years. They'll be given every opportunity to succeed.

Maybe, I'd take Grigorenko over Baertschi.

Huberdeau and Tarasenko, Galchenyuk and Grigorenko.

I'd consider Granlund in the first group, but he's already developing a pretty long injury history. The second group is tougher, all the players are pretty close. Maybe Bartschi is a safer choice, but I go with Grigorenko because he's the only one with true superstar upside in my opinion.....and when you're dealing with prospects might as well go big.

Huberdeau and Strome (was torn between Strome and Granlund).

    Galchenyuk and Bartschi.
I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.

    Group 1

Hubs - Will be focal point of Panthers offense and best player on team.
Tara - Will likely be the focal point of the scoring on a potent top line

    Group 2

Gally - Will be the focal point and best player in Mtl before too long
Grigo - Considered Malkin-like by some. Big, big man with stud upside who should be the focal point in Buff.

Every other player on both lists with the exception of Baertschi are high-end complimentary players. If you have the option, always go for the franchise player, which I feel are Hubs, Tara, Gally and Grigo with Baertschi being so to a lesser degree.

If Iggy moves onto another team or retires w/flames in 3-4 years, I can't see why Bart. wouldn't be considered THE franchise player with the flames. I think he's a special player and have compared him to a Hossa 2.0 on these boards. Flames are in desperate need of a franchise player and think Bart will fit that mould nicely. Just my opinion.

Very tough choice between Strome and Tarasenko, but I'd roll with Strome.

Nyquist and Baertschi are easy picks.

    Group 1: Huberdeau and Strome.

    Group 2: Nyquist and Baertschi.

    Noun
(slang, idiomatic) 1. A person who habitually corrects or criticizes the language usage of others, especially in situations where it is unnecessary, e.g. an informal conversation.
Notes: This behavior is almost always found in people with very low I.Q's, whom have a very low sense of self worth. Impotence is also commonly linked to Grammar Nazi's.

I did include him as a franchise player. I just said to a lesser degree, meaning I think Hubs,Tara, Gally and Grigs will likely be more dynamic and have the clearest path to being franchise players for their respective otlrganizations. Baertschi is 5th. Granlund may leap-frog Baertschi one day. But for the foreseeable future, he and the others are high-end complimentary players in my book. Of course, this is me projecting. Out of the 5, I expect Baertschi to make the biggest splash first.
