    Default PK Subban

So, someone dropped PK Subban. Pick him up?

My league and team is in signature below. I think dropping Brendan Smith for Subban is a no brainer. But is it worth it right now with the holdout?

    Other defensemen I'm considering:
    Robidas
    Harmonic
    Niskanen
    Nikitin
    Myers
    Faulk
    Ryan Ellis

    Thanks

I`m hangin on to him. He should be back soon and he`ll be valuable when the playoffs role around. If you think you can make the playoffs with him on the bench, then I would grab him and hold on.

Not sure if I would make the playoffs as season just started but don't want to risk not getting him haha.

I suppose playoff predictions are a little premature I guess my stance is that decisions like these come down to how confident you are in your team to be able to survive with a guy in Subbans situation. Of course nobody can predict the future, but you`re in the best position to make that call as you know how your team stacks up against the rest of your league - at least on paper.

I can say that if Subban were to be dropped in my league, I would pick him up.

Smith is your 7th D, so I don't think he'll make or break your team. Pick up PK.

Yes considering Smith is your seventh Dman and its a one year league I would definitely drop him for Subban and hope his contract gets resolved soon. To be honest I would probably drop Smith for Faulk in a one-year league as Faulk will have a much bigger offensive role than Smith this season

Faulk over Subban at this point?

I don't even really need to carry a 7th D-man, could just pick up a forward..

Yes Faulk over Subban until Subban actually starts playing. In the mean time Faulk is actually running the PP in Carolina and Smith didnt see any time on the PP in Detroit last game.

How about Tyler Myers or Tyutin? My league counts hits, blocks too so that plays a little into consideration.

    Thanks

If you look at last season Faulk actually 113 hits and 85 blks in 66 games he is not a slouch in those cats.

In H2H, the best players should be owned.
Subban won't hold out all season.
    Grab him now.
