I'd want a guy I knew was gonna get starts with Halak as my top guy given how uncertain his own situation is but at the same time it might hurt you too much to make a swap.

I think he's as low as he going to be at this point but there are a few positive points to note:
1 - He's being courted by the Leafs
2 - Vancouver needs forward depth with Kesler and Booth out
3 - Vignault publicly stated he will play the goalie that gives him the best chance to win
4 - No pressure! Schneider is now the one in the hot seat, one crack and the pendulum can easily swing back
In short, I say stand pat, his value is primed to sore.

Well you know he's to start so maybe if you can find a way to have both Luo and Pavelec around you'd be in the most comfortable position possible.
