Any time you can get washington's goalie, I wouldn't consider the waiver pick up a wasted selection. As long as you can monitor their starter routinely, you'll be laughing with Washington being a 50 win team.
As for Ladd, definitely sell on the guy... not much history on his current production.
This thread gave me an idea. I'm going to offer Ladd & Skinner for Ryan and see if Ryan's owner will bite.
