Default Thornton a decent buy low?

Was thinking of targeting this guy as he has been so-so to start the season(in my league anyway). You guys think he is one the decline of his career? How many years does he have left of 80+ point seasons?

I am also in a goal heavy league, and Joe is a big assist guy.

Was thinking of offering Spezza for him....

lol goodluck buying low with a sell low. Not going to happen but obviously a good player if you can snag him. He still has years.

Not sure how 20 points in 19 games could be considered a buy low situation?

That said I wouldn't give Spezza for Thornton in your league. Spezza scores more goals and despite being a band-aid-boy he' still a PPG player. Spezza also shoots the puck a lot more than Thornton. I'd rather have Spezza in your league than Thornton.
