Meh. He plays a position that impacts the game more than any other position. Best goalie, no question. Best player? He's in the conversation sure, but there's no definitive answer or way to compare.

    Classic Therrien line juggling:

    http://www.rds.ca/hockey/canadiens/c...etty-1.3674135

He's lining up Patches with Mitchell and Shaw vs Ottawa tomorrow in hopes of jump starting his offense. Pacioretty will have played alongside 5 different centers in 19 total games! I doubt this works long term...

These were the lines at practice today:

    Byron - Galchenyuk – Radulov
    Danault - Plekanec – Gallagher
    Pacioretty - Mitchell – Shaw
    Hudon - Desharnais – Terry
    Carr (extra)

MaxPac has been struggling to score this year. So they may as well keep trying.

Not sure if anyone saw my top 10 column today, but Plekanec seems to be slowly taken off the power play. No minutes on Saturday against the Leafs, and something like two minutes in the last five games combined.

Ya but how do you want to get a ''groove'' going if you last on average 4 games with the same linemates??

On a side note, good call on Pleky. As an owner, I was monitoring his play as of late and I noticed that his PP time was down. On top of that, they didn't even have Radulov so they could have easily used him on the wing to help cycle the puck if needed during a given PP.

Except for Radulov, he's played with all these guys before. He should have no trouble with chemistry or getting a groove.

I'm really like Desharnais' game this season. He's much better on the third line than the first line.
