That 4th line will help the team in the long run.

It's also good to see Galchenyuk improving on faceoffs.

It helps with the development of young guys. No pressure to bring up McCarron to play limited minutes when the fourth line is playing this well.

They look fast and they're hungry on the puck.
DSP is waaaay quicker than last season, he's become very effective on the forecheck.
Man did they look good last night!

That celebration they had after Mitchell scored was of pure hockey jubilee.

Work hard and good things happen.

I like how the team works as a unit, no matter who is on the ice, but I still think they need an offensive weapon better than their current top-6 (or 5, since Patches is pretty much an All-Star at this point).

I really like their D and I think they will even get better as the season progresses (Subban is far from the Subban we are used to IMO)

I agree with you on the offense part. If they could get another game breaker they would really be scary

Habs have cap space. That's not the issue. Galchenyuk didn't cost as much as we thought.

Not sure how they can fit that "impact" forward under the cap, unless he's on a ELC or ship a bad contract (Emelin comes to mind).

They have over 2 million in space plus when you trade for a player you only take on the remaining portion of his cap hit. If a $5 million player is acquired at mid-season he would only cost $2.5 million to the Habs.

Looks like Condon will start Friday vs BUF and Price will start Saturday vs TOR.

The Sabres game worries me. It's a trap game. Montreal always seems to struggle against them. Last year, the Habs were 1-2-1 against Buffalo, with the only win being a shootout victory.
