    Some notes:
-de la Rose could start the year in the AHL
-Tinordi would have to clear waivers to be sent down (that rule still confuses me)

    Is tonight's game televised anywhere?

How is Semin looking? Looking at stats, he seems to be getting top 6 mins + top PP time.
I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.

I checked my usual streaming site and they claim the game is not televised at all.

    Strange...
I'm watching the game right now on RDS2.
And the cable guide says hockey too...

So it turns out what is marked as RDS2 on my system is actually RDSI.

    I fail.

Semin is looking solid. He's not expected to play like a star so that helps a lot. He has an amazing shot too.

Hehe, I'm sure that 21,273 fans in attendance on every given home game will disagree with you

I don't think he is THE answer to their scoring problems but he will without a doubt help the cause!

He's on L2 and he won't even get prime ice time. I expect him to put up decent numbers but as long as he's chipping in offensively I don't think he'll be viewed negatively. It's not like he signed a 5yr/30M contract and will be playing 20 min/night...

I see it the same. He'll get some L2-L3 TOI and some PPTOI too.

People who will be negative on him are the ones who think they have the 80+pts WSH winger.

I'm with you guys, but being a Montreal native and attending 15-20 games a year at the Bell Centre, I can safely say that expectations for Habs fans, especially those that pay full price tickets to see live games, are usually very high and unrealistic.
