Aside from being entertaining during the year that the Habs sucked, he's pretty much useless. Wouldn't mind it if he disappeared entirely from the hockey scene. Remember that he was trying to lobby for an assistant coaching gig with the Avs when Roy first took over. I'm sure they would love to have one of their coaches pulled over for drunk driving...

It's still amazing how set the Oilers are with their clique of ex-players when the Habs did the same thing in the mid-90s with terrible results.

I'm actually very surprised with de la Rose this year. Even with his lack of scoring ability he can totally play in the league and make a difference. I remember the first thing Trevor Timmins said about him after that draft was that all of us were going to love that player. I never thought it would happen at 19.

He's such a tenacious player, and with good size - these are the kinds of guys that Cup contenders crave, a young kid on entry level deal that can contribute here and now. Thrilled as a Habs fan.

Tom Gilbert will miss the next two games with a face injury. Stupid puck.

Sucks for Gilbert. He was playing better recently (at least the games I saw).

If he wore a full cage, he'd still be playing. Just saying.

Gilbert was having by far his best stretch of the season. He was actually worth keeping in the lineup unlike earlier when he was in only because he's right-handed.

Fun fact: prior to overtime last game Price had stopped 28/30 (2.00, .933). According to his season numbers that was a below-average game, as crazy as that sounds. Just goes to show the insanity of his numbers to date this year...

Last night was a great example of Tokarski not knowing where the puck is most of the time. And I'm not even talking about the goals that were scored, which were all quality scoring chances.
