Yikes...this is a hell of a slide the Habs are on. Really proves how valuable Price is to this team (if that was ever in doubt I guess).

Montreal might do that but no one else who is sober would do that. Price is amazing, but McDavid is the face of the league. He is unmovable.

This is beyond Carey Price...this is the typical Therrien running of course of his tenure...he's worn out his welcome, something he's done everywhere he's been

Habs are 9 points away from the bottom of the standings...

It's time to look down instead! A top 3 selection would tremendously help this anemic attack.
The way they enter the offensive zone, the way they pressure the puck... It is pathetic really.

I know there has been a lot of mistakes in the defensive zone recently, but this is still a very capable defence + Price will come back someday (next season preferably).
They truly need to upgrade in front and behind the bench.
    Points-only keeper league. 12 teams. Keep any 12 players. Dress 12F - 6D - 2G.

They won't get a top three pick unless they win the lottery. Too many horrible teams around them.

Writer of the weekly Top 10 column.

12-team Keeper pool, straight points for forwards & dmen. Goalies get: 2 points per win, 3 per shutout, 1 point per assist & 1 point per shootout loss.

    League champ in 2013, 2015, 2018, 2020 and 2022.

Top 8 forwards, 5 dmen and 2 goalies count.

We keep 15 players (any position) plus two rookies.

Forwards: Panarin, Ovechkin, Kopitar, Stamkos, Tuch, Rust, Marchessault, Pavelski, Miller, Bertuzzi, Stone, Kakko, Brown, Stankoven, Kovalenko
Defence: Hedman, Fox, Matheson, Thrun, Jiricek
Goalies: Kochetkov, Talbot, Vasilevskiy, Campbell, Schmid

They've been the league's worst team in the past two months. They just lost to Buffalo, and lost a home-and-home with Columbus. At this rate I'd argue the opposite - quite a bit would have to change for them to not get a top 3 pick.

The Habs are frustrating and having issues, but they've still been outplaying teams in quite a few of their losses (think of St. Louis and Chicago games). There is no way they keep up losing this much for the next two months. But I can see the Habs going .500 the rest of the way, which won't be horrific enough to get a top three pick but bad enough to miss the playoffs.

I have to agree they are outplaying and often out-shooting the opposition. They're just not scoring at all. Something like 24 of last 29 games they've scored 2 or fewer goals. Condon isn't even the problem either most of the time. They can't blame it on their #1 sniper, Pacioretty is still scoring at a decent pace. I sure hope you're right, I just don't see where the improvement is going to come from.

Apparently scalpers were offering 2-for-1 deals on tickets because they were not selling. Saw pictures of the Bell Centre last game that reminded me of the ACC.

That's it, just what the team needed!! Here comes the win streak!!

All joking aside, this is getting ridiculous.. Would Price be scoring goals for this team??
